Justin LeBlanc earned his Bachelor of Fine Art in Architecture from North Carolina State University in 2009. LeBlanc, born deaf, has relied throughout his life on artificial means to provide some semblance of sound. The responses of the senses are integrated into a holistic perception of the world; removal of one of these senses forces rearrangement of the others, resulting in an altered perception of space and time.
