
Carlos Orlando Ruiz graduated from a Ripon College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Art in Art and Theatre, later enlisting in the United States Army Reserve and using his benefits toward a degree in Secondary Education. He also earned a Master of Art Education at SAIC, graduating with a dual degree.
Sociopoiesis posits that urban spaces must be reshaped to enhance social patterns and create places where people can interact freely, integrating public space with the built environment.
